Please complete this form if you are a current or past College Credit
Plus (CCP) participant at Rhodes State College. This form is for 2026
high school graduates who intend to enroll at Rhodes State College after
graduation. By completing this form it allows us to communicate
important enrollment information to you. As a current or past CCP
participant, you do NOT need to complete the college application.
